Tis the Season







In this tutorial I used the tube “Holidays” by
Verymany.
You can purchase her at
Verymany’s store.

The kit is “”Tis the Season”
and can be purchased at
Deedles  n Doodles store.

You will need mask 2015 (3) from
Fecnikek.

Font of choice.




I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.



Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with  white.

Paste the mask and resize it 25%, select all, float and defloat the mask, make a new layer, paste paper 2 into the selection, deselect, duplicate the paper layer, merge the copy down onto the original and delete the black mask layer.

Paste spray 5, resize 70% and move down a bit.

Paste spray 3, resize 60%, duplicate, merge the copy down on the original, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 34%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 53, resize 70%, position behind the tube and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 1c, resize 35% and move into place.  Select the interior of the frame with your  magic wand and expand the selection by 10, make a new layer below it and paste paper 3 into the selection.  Paste the tube again, resize 85% and position in the frame, invert the selection and hit delete, change the blend mode on the tube to “Luminance (Legacy)” and apply the drop shadow to the frame.

Paste element 78, resize 23% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 48b, resize 90%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 46 on the top, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 49 below the crackers, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 50, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 42 above the crackers, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 93, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 62 on the top, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 61, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 9, resize 60% and move into place.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.

Between Friends

In this tutorial I used the tube “Alex” from Alex Prihodko . You can purchase the tube at Verymany’s store . I used the kit “Between Friends”. This pretty mini kit is available at Deedles n Doodles store. You will need mask 29 from Moonbeams and Spiderwebs . Font of choice. I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 10. Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 700 pixels and fill with white. Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 11 into the sselection, deselect and apply the mask. Paste element 50, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
