In this tutorial I used the tube “Cindy” from Vika Misticheskaya . I love this tube! She come with several colour options and can be purchased at Pics for Design . The kit is “Bits of Yesterday” This is a truly stunning kit!  You can purchase it at Deedles n Doodles store. Font of choice. I used a drop shadow of vertical 9, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10. Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white. Paste spray 8, resize 70% and move up and to the left. Paste spray 18, resize 45% and move into place. Paste spray 6, resize 70% and move into place. Paste spray 19, resize 60% and move into place. Paste frame 3b and resize 40%, select the interior with your magic wand, expand the selection by 10, make a new layer below it and paste paper 4 into the selection, deselect, apply the drop shadow to the frame, merge it down onto the paper and move into place.
