In this tutorial I used the tube “Sherry” from

Verymany.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 700 pixels and fill with white.

Paste spray 2 and resize 90% paste spray 3 and resize 65%, paste spray 16 and mirror it, paste spray 11 and mirror it.  Move these four sprays into position. 

Paste element 82, resize 90%, change the blend mode to “Overlay” and move into place.

Paste the tube, resize 35%, mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 1, resize 45%,  rotate 90 degrees to the left and position behind the tube.   Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand, expand the selection by 20, make a new layer below it and paste paper 1 into the selection, paste the tube, resize 80%, move into position in the frame, invert the selection and hit delete, deselect, change the blend mode on the tube to "Soft Light" and apply the drop shadow to the frame.

Paste element 16, resize 45% and duplicate, position one copy below the frame layers and one above them and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 37 above the frame layers, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 22, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 65, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 31, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 95, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste Wordart 1, resize 60%, erase the part that shows on the right of the tube and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 62, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 25%, position below those pink flowers on the right of the tube and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 57, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 34 just below the tube, resize 30% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 52, resize 20% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 93, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 29, resize 12% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 61b on the top, resize 15% and rotate 10 degrees to the left, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 68b, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 13, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 23%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 5a, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 91, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 55, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 59, resize 17%, position below the bear’s foot and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers now and make any adjustments, then crop your tag and add your copyright information and text.

Go back to spray 2, select all, float and defloat it, invert the selection and hit delete on element 82 (the watch), deselect.

Paste element 28, resize 15%, position on your text and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 80, resize 15%, duplicate, mirror one copy, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

When you are done, export your tag on a transparent background as a png.
