Cimmerian Shade

In this tutorial I used a tube from

Alphadesire.

I did some slight recolouring as I did not want any red.

The kit is Cimmerian Shade.

This is an awesome kit and my second tutorial using it!

You will need my mask

0029.

You will also need the Metalwork filter from

Toadies.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 95, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 11 into the selection, deselect and resize 95%.

Paste element 55, resize 80%, place in position on the right and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 30, resize 90%, place in position on the left and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frame 6, resize 70% and move into position.  Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand,  expand the selection by 10, make a new layer below the frame and fill with the colour 202c34.  Paste the tube, position in the frame, invert the selection, hit delete on the tube and deselect.  Apply the Metalwork filter on the default settings and lower the opacity to around 35.  Apply the drop shadow to the frame.

Paste element 54, resize 90%, drag below the frame layers, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the tube again on the top, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 80%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 59, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 18, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 20, resize 40% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 37, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 56 on the top, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 44, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 9, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 57, resize 45% and duplicate, drag one copy below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each

Paste element 21, resize 45%, position above the skulls on the right and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 35 on the top, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 1, resize 40% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 40, resize 20% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 25, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 63, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
