In this tutorial I used the tube 104-1 from

Anna Liwanag.

You will need png mask 332 from

Mizteeques Digital Designs.

Font of choice.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55 blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 13 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.   Duplicate this layer and merge the copy down onto the original.

Paste spray 11, resize 50% and move into place.

Paste spray 8, resize 50%, duplicate, merge the copy down onto the original and move into place.

Paste element 17, resize 50%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste spray 23, resize 60%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 110, resize 45%.  Click anywhere on your canvas outside of the element with your magic wand and expand the selection by 20, paste paper 14 below the element and resize it 35%, position inside the element and  hit delete, deselect, apply the drop shadow to the element, merge it down onto the paper and move into place   You can of course use element 11b here but you will not have the shadow around the panes.

Paste frame 8 from papers 1b, resize 30% and move into place.  Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand and expand the selection by 10, make a new layer below it and paste paper 13 into the selection, mirror the tube then paste on your canvas, resize 50% and position in the frame, invert the selection and hit delete, deselect.  Apply the drop shadow to the frame and change the mode on the tube to “Overlay”.

Paste the tube again, resize 27%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste wordart 2d, resize 50%, position below the tube and apply the shadow.

Paste element 94, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 62, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 25,  resized 17%, duplicate, mirror one copy, position and apply the shadow to each.

Paste element 64d,  resize 20% and mirror,  position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 56, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 36b, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 55, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 41, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 95, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 105,  resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 53, resize 20%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 98, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 5, resize 7% and mirror, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 104, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 46, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 42a, resize 30%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 19b, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 62 again, resize 25%, duplicate twice, flip the bottom copy  and mirror one then position  on the left below the tube position the third on the right above her and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 6, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 83, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 40 on the top, resize 22%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 103, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 29a, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 46b, resize15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 45, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 33b, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 51, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 91, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 101a, resize 17%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 81c, resize 25%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 4, resize 8%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 109, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 89, resize 15%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 7, resize 10%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste element 82, resize 12%, position and apply the shadow.

Paste spray 20, resize 80, mirror and move into place.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
