On A Winter's Day




In this tutorial I used the tube “Caramel” from
Misticheskaya.
You can purchase the tube at
Pics for Design.

The kit is “On A Winter’s Day”.
This beautiful kit can be purchased at

You will need mask winter mask 53 from
Kopona.

Font of choice.




I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 65, blur 10.



Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Paste the mask, resize it 37% and mirror it, select all, float and defloat the mask, make a new layer, paste paper 12 into the selection, deselect , delete the original black mask layer and move the paper layer up and to the left.

Paste spray 27, resize 90% and move into place.

Paste element 66, resize 60%, mirror and move into place.

Paste spray 26b and move into place.

Paste element 45, resize 45% and move into place.

Paste the tube, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 41c, resize 60%, position behind the tube and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 33c, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste wordart 2a, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 113, resize 20% and mirror, position behind the window element and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 37 above the window, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 28, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 19, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 18, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 107, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 50, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow,

Paste element 78b, place in position and apply the drop shadow with the “shadow on a new layer” box checked and then erase the part along the bottom where the balls merge into the snow.

Paste element 76, resize25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 60, resize 30% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 82, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 88, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 32c, resize 20% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 48, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 69b, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 32b on the top, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 89, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 35, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 9, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 8, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 17, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.

This pretty mini kit is available at Deedles n Doodles store. You will need mask 29 from Moonbeams and Spiderwebs . Font of choice. I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 10. Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 700 pixels and fill with white. Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 11 into the sselection, deselect and apply the mask. Paste element 50, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow. This beautiful kit can be purchased at Deedles n Doodles store . You will need mask 2 by Fran . Font of choice. I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 15. Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 800 pixels and fill with white. Paste the mask and resize it 35%.   Select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 14 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.   Move this layer up, we will duplicate it at the end of the tutorial and position the copy so a little shows at the bottom.
