In this tutorial I used the beautiful tube “Happy Xmas” from
Alex Prihodko.
This is a really beautiful tube you will want to use over and over.
You can purchase it at

You will need the mask from the template 28416 by
Babadou.

Font is 
Santa's Sleigh.




I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 65, blur 10.


Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 750 and fill with white.

Paste the mask and resize it 23%, select all, float and defloat the mask, make a new layer, paste paper 17 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.

Paste spray 10 and move into place then use the Pick tool on your mask layer to stretch it down a little longer.

Paste element 86b, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste frames from papers 2, resize 35% and rotate 90 degrees in either direction, duplicate and move below the tube.

Paste element 61, resize 80%, apply the drop shadow and change the blend mode to “Luminance (Legacy)”.

Pate element 53, resize 70% and apply the drop shadow.

Get the two frames, the deer head and the tree into position.  Activate the left hand frame and select the interior with your magic wand, expand the selection by 5, make a new layer below it and paste paper  10 into the selection.    Paste the tube, resize 70% and position in the frame, invert the selection, hit delete on the tube and deselect.  Duplicate the paper and the tube, mirror the tube and position both in the right hand frame.  Apply the drop shadow to both frames and change the blend mode on the tubes to “Overlay”.

Paste element 10, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 11b just above spray 10, resize 30% and move into place.

Paste spray 11, duplicate and place in position.

Paste element 69, resize 30%, duplicate and mirror one copy, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 43 just below the tube, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 14, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 56, resize 20%, place in position on the right, duplicate, mirror the copy and rotate it 20 degrees to the left and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 50, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 75b, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 34, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 39, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 81b, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 25b, resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 1c on the top, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 65, resize 8%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 2c, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 29, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 49, resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 77, resize 8%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 68, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 41b, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 74, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 37, resize 20% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 58b,  resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 16, resizse 8%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 60b, resize 18%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 83, resize 18%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 2d, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 4, resize 50%, mirror and move into place

This pretty mini kit is available at Deedles n Doodles store. You will need mask 29 from Moonbeams and Spiderwebs . Font of choice. I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 10. Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 700 pixels and fill with white. Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 11 into the sselection, deselect and apply the mask. Paste element 50, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
