You will need my mask

Font is 

Morocco Lt Std.

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 800 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, fill with black, apply the mask, resize it 90% and move over a little to the right.

Paste spray 13 and resize 95%.

Paste spray 14, resize 83%, duplicate, merge the copy down onto the original, duplicate this merged layer, position one copy top right and one further down over on the left.

Paste element 100, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 84d, resize 70%, duplicate, resize the copy another 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 101, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 92, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Open the tube, duplicate it and close the original.   Now make a new layer, fill it white and send it to the bottom just so you can see what you are doing more easily.   Duplicate the tube, close off the copy and apply the 20.20 mask twice to the original layer.  You will see the mask has faded out more of the tube than we want, we just want the side edges masked out so now open the copy

Paste element 55b, resize 60% and mirror, position on the right and apply the drop shadow.

Paste the tube, resize 50%, position between the two walls and apply the drop shadow.  Open your eraser, set the size to 100 and the opacity to 30 and work with it around the two hard side edges to blend them in.

Paste element 56, resize 50%, position on the left and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 11, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 15, resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 30 on the top, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 6b, resize 70% and position on the left in front of the wall, duplicate, resize the copy another 70%, mirror it and position just in front of the original copy.  

Paste element 71a, resize 15%, position between the copies of 6b, duplicate, mirror the copy and position it on the right, apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 3 on the top, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 73, resize 23%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 83, resize 40%, place in position on the top, duplicate, mirror the copy and position below those flower on the right, apply the drop shadow to each.

Paste element 50 on the top, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 9, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 72, resize 17%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 23%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 4, resize 34%, position below element 72 and behind the crow to make it stand out more.

Paste element 67 on the top, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 57, resize 17% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 5, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 4, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 62, resize 12%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 61, resize 10%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 3, resize 70% and move into place.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.
