Ratty!




In this tutorial I used the fun tube
“Halloween Orchestra Rat with Trumpet” from
Laguna.
I just had to have  this tube when I saw it!

I used the kit “Brew Time”.
This is such a cute kit and my second tutorial using it!

You will need mask mask 4hwol.fecnikek (3)

I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 75, blur 10.


Open a new transparent canvas 750 by 750 pixels and fill with white.

Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 8 into the selection, apply my mask,  resize 90% and lower the opacity to around 65.

Paste Fecnikek’s mask and resize it 20%.  You should still have a full selection on your canvas so float and defloat the mask, make a new layer and paste paper 4 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black  mask layer.

Paste frame 1c, resize 65% and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 6, resize 60%, drag below the frame and position on the left edge of it, apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 25 on the top, resize 60%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.  There was a bit of a blank space so I copied one of the bats and filled the gap in! 

Paste the tube, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 42, resize 70%, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 3, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 17, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 6b, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 31, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 43, resize 43%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 1, resize 70% and place in position.

Paste element 26 and place in position.

Paste element 34, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 38, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 24, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 36, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 33, resize 30%, ppas.

Paste element 23, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 28, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 10, resize 25%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 35, resize 15%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 9 on the top,  resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 27, resize 30%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 16, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste element 15, resize 18%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.

Paste spray 5, resize 50% and place in position.

Check your layers and make any adjustments, then crop your tag, add your copyright information and text and export on a transparent background as a png.

Between Friends

In this tutorial I used the tube “Alex” from Alex Prihodko . You can purchase the tube at Verymany’s store . I used the kit “Between Friends”. This pretty mini kit is available at Deedles n Doodles store. You will need mask 29 from Moonbeams and Spiderwebs . Font of choice. I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 10. Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 700 pixels and fill with white. Make a new layer, select all, paste paper 11 into the sselection, deselect and apply the mask. Paste element 50, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow. In this tutorial I used the tube “Easter Eggs 2” from Verymany. You can purchase the tube at Verymany’s store . The kit is “Eggstravaganza". This beautiful kit can be purchased at Deedles n Doodles store . You will need mask 2 by Fran . Font of choice. I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 55, blur 15. Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 800 pixels and fill with white. Paste the mask and resize it 35%.   Select all, float and defloat, make a new layer, paste paper 14 into the selection, deselect and delete the original black mask layer.   Move this layer up, we will duplicate it at the end of the tutorial and position the copy so a little shows at the bottom.
