I used a fun kit called “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo”.
Loved working with this kit, Halloween is my
favourite time for tagging!
You can purchase the kit at
Deedles n Doodles store.
You will also need a mask, I used mask 18 from
I used the font
Unless stated, I used a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 5, opacity 85, blur 10.
Open a new transparent canvas 650 by 600 and fill with white.
Make a new layer, fill with a dark colour from the kit (I used #6b5e33) and apply the mask.
Paste Spray 1 as a new layer, resize 75% and apply a drop shadow of vertical 0, horizontal 2, opacity 85, blur 5.
Paste one of the spotted frames as a new layer, resize it 50%, rotate it 90 degrees in either direction and move it up a little. Select the interior of the frame with your magic wand, expand the selection by 10, make a new layer below it and fill with another dark colour (this time I used #3c2529), deselect and apply the drop shadow to the frame (remember to change the settings).
Paste frame 7 as a new layer and resize 60%, drag it below the spotted frame, move it down a little, use your pick tool to stretch it a little wider and apply the drop shadow.
Paste Element 61 as a new layer, resize 70%, position on the right and apply the drop shadow, duplicate, mirror the duplicate and move over to the left.
Paste your tube as a new layer on the top and, resizing as needed, place in position and apply the drop shadow. I resized my tube 70%.
Paste element 51b as a new layer, resize 40%, drag below the tube, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 51c as a new layer, resize 45%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 15a as a new layer and bring to the top, resize 70%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 56 as a new layer, resize 70% and place in position below element 15a, duplicate, bring the duplicate above element 15a and do some erasing so the ribbons are below the element, apply the drop shadow to the bottom copy , close off all your layers apart from these three, merge visible and open the closed layers.
Paste element 6 as a new layer, resize 40%, drag below the merged layer, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 45 as a new layer, resize 55%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 72 as a new layer, resize 40%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 79 as a new layer, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 39 as a new layer, resize 50%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 63 as a new layer, resize 55%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 50 as a new layer and bring to the top, resize 34% and place in position erasing part of the loops at the ends so they are hanging on the word art and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 10 as a new layer, resize 35%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 12 as a new layer, resize 20%, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 76 as a new layer, resize 35% and mirror, place in position and apply the drop shadow.
Paste element 78 as a new layer, resize 35% and mirror, position at the top, duplicate, flip the duplicate and position at the bottom, apply the drop shadow to each.
Check your layer positions and make any necessary adjustments.
Paste spray 7 as a new layer, resize 65%, drag down to just above the spotted frame and position on the right, duplicate and move the duplicate over to the left.
Finally add a few pieces of candy on the top, resize 30%, position around the bottom of your tag and apply the drop shadow.
When you are all done, crop your tag, add your copyright information and text, then export on a transparent background as a png.
